How am I getting a High CPU alert?

C4, 2.3.0.111
0% Device usage.
.5 App usage.
Every 2 min, CPUHighLoad event.

Bought hub used, it is not under warranty, it's acting as the previously upset owner describes.

I should just throw it out and get another new C7!

It depends on just how quickly you want to get a working system. Purchasing a new C-7 means you can start building your automation in 'one shipping time.' The C-4 is going to take several back and forth's to get it working as it should, or perhaps not... if the problem is a pre-existing condition.

I imagine that Hubitat Support (@bobbyD) knows that particular hub's symptoms and would be the best to advise.

We have had a few C4 models with a hardware malfuntion that required replacement. The symptom you described is consistent with this problem.
