My oler version of Honeywell TCC stopped communicating with themostats, so I upgraded to the latest parent/child version.All is working good except my thermostats always report in Emergencyheat mode instead of auto. I can verify the actual thermostats are in auto, but HE statuses report emergencyheat.
The dashboards also report emergencyheat even though I can change statuses from the dashboard to off, heat, cool, etc. I see these changes happening on the thermostats or in Honeywell app but not in HE.
