Is anyone having trouble selecting the fan mode from device page? Mine will not change modes no matter what I try. I even pulled unit from the wall and removed batteries for a bit. Everything else works just not the fan mode. This appeared to happen after my upgrade from C7 to C8 hub. I am using the built in driver from Hubitat.
I previously had my Honeywell on a C7 which I migrated to a C8.
It's been all the time on "ThermostatFaNMode" =auto.
I just changed it to "on".
Here is the event log:
I don't seem to have an issue.
(built in system driver)
Working here.
(built in system driver also)
Might try hitting Configure to make sure everything is initialized properly.
I get an error in the logs:
2023-03-21 09:26:45.827 AMerrorjava.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method and() on null object on line 602 (method setThermostatFanMode)
Looks like I may have to exclude the tstat then re install it. Cant get to the built in driver code.
Update:
So I was NOT using the native driver for this stat. I was using the Advanced version because the built in version does not show "circulate" as a fan mode. I ended up excluding the stat, redownloading the Advanced T6 Pro version from HPM, then included stat again.
Now its all working as it should.
It was odd that whatever version of Advanced T6 pro driver I was using quit after the hub upgrade (C7 to C8).
