I have a Homeseer HS-FL1000+ installed and am having issues with the light toggling.

You can see that it is cycling extremely rapid.
The settings are PIR Trigger off 5 minutes
Lux Thresh : Always don't turn light on
Sensor Report Interval: 10 min
Flood light control: Z-wave only
Floodlight control by lux: Control by lux and PIR
PIR Sensitivity: Low
I am integrating into HA and using it to control the light through motion currently and it is doing what's displayed in the log above.
It does the same thing when it is in native HE control with PIR only.
No matter what settings are in HE it will toggle unless I turn it on by lux and leave it on.
The dials are set to the settings as shown in the documentation. Light is to test and dusk to dawn is to sun.
