HomeKit scenes no longer available

When the HomeKit beta was first released I could see my selected scenes in the Home app but after upgrading to 2.3.4.115 and later they are no longer present.

The scenes are selected and exported as a "Button" in the HomeKit integration app.

How can I get the scenes back in the Home app?
