I installed the app and driver and can’t see the app in the apps list.
Tried through HPM and tried trough copy paste and get the same result.
What am I missing?
Click + User and Install it.
What you've done so far, multiple ways, is get the Community Code onto your Hub, but you haven't told the Hub to start using it.

Built-in apps (and drivers) are called that because the code is built in from Hubitat. That's not the case with Community Developed apps and drivers. HPM and the other methods allow you to pick a package that then has equal footing to the built-in apps, in the sense that you can now go ahead and click a button to start using a new App.
For drivers, the list is shown in the Type dropdown, when you create a device or want to change the driver. Built-in drivers always fill the list first and then Community created drivers (user) are at the end.
