Hive not controlled by thermostat controller ( can't change from "free")

Hello everyone,

i have install hive and can control it but i want it to use more temp sensor i have around the house by using the thermostat controller to set the heating points

but for some reason i cannot change the control column to "controlled" it stays on "free" when i click on it.

Any ideas
