Here we go again - mobile app error

After congratulating you on setting up the ability to manage multiple homes/hubs properly in settings within the mobile app, each with their own geolocation, now I'm getting an error when trying to switch between the hubs.

Sigh.

Same thing here; hitting "OK" on the "Error" prompt, it goes back to the "Fetching" wait and stays there forever.

Yeah, exactly.

OK, think I figured this out: at the "Error", hit your device's "back" button, then click "ADD NEW DEVICE". The "error" is not having a mobile device created on the hub you're changing to.

I tried passing my existing mobile devices on Hub1 through to Hub2 with HubConnect, but the mobile app didn't see them.

Not the issue for me. I've had devices set up for a while and it used to work fine. So that's not the issue (at least for me).

Not working for me either. App (iOS beta) just hangs at loading user data. I kill the app then it to log in again, loading user data. Repeat ad infinitum.

@bobbyD can we get support on this please? What can we try to resolve this app error?

Our engineers are aware of this issue and currently investigating. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not have a time-frame when a solution will be released,
