Help with UseeLink ZigBee power outlet (PW-801-AZ, via Amazon AU)

I bought this zigbee power outlet off Amazon but I'm unable to pair it with HE. Model number is PW-801-AZ. I have tried multiple drivers but HE is unable to pick up the outlet. Could this be driver related or my outlet is faulty?

Can you do a classic zigbee pairing without using the brand/model method? Also factory reset the device first. Are you sure it's zigbee?

Do you have a link to the device?

Are you in AU/NZ? Is this the device?

If it is, I'm not seeing any indication of it supporting either zigbee 3.0 or ZHA 1.2 - a prerequisite for working with Hubitat.

there is a zigbee version

Where does it say that it supports either zigbee 3.0 or ZHA 1.2?

There are lots of zigbee devices that support neither zigbee 3.0 nor ZHA 1.2. For example, all the zigbee devices made by Control4 or even Iris V1 outlets for that matter.

Well it does show different models for wifi and zigbee, though yes it's not specifying 3.0 or 1.2 (which whenever I see that it's just 1.2)

There's lots of zigbee devices that are neither 3.0 nor ZHA 1.2 that will not work with Hubitat. Devices that are not zigbee 3.0 or zha 1.2 will fail to pair with Hubitat.

@aaiyar’s right.

For example Iris v1, aqara, control4 devices all could accurately state they use “zigbee” because they do. Zigbee, as you know, includes the physical radio communication layer etc.

If the device specs don’t state “ZHA 1.2” or “Zigbee 3.0,” it’s a crapshoot whether the device can actually be expected to work with Hubitat.

This sounds like an Amazon specific SKU for a device manufacturer. Like the link @aaiyar posted, maybe.

Posting the Amazon store page for the item you purchased would be helpful to better understand the issue you’re having.

Currently, XENON / UseeLink Zigbee devices are one of the most problematic for use with Hubitat (both C-7/C-5 and the new C-8 hubs).

Return it if possible and look for another brand.

I guess I'll have to get another brand. Thank you all for taking the time to help out. Any recommended ones I could use in AU?
