You have a lot of shades. Are those all battery powered?
Get this tool so you can sort by RTT, and route changes.

That will make it easier to identify the issues.
The screenshots you posted above everything looks really good and has quick response times. The only thing that looks problematic is the shades but if they are battery they are probably FLiRS which may actually be the entire issue. FLiRS devices will crush the mesh when you try to send them commands 
. Its not actually the device, it is the hub, sending the FLiRS wake up beam.
