Help with rule to De-ice hose

I have a similar rule to turn on heat tape for my water main (which is above ground, but insulated).

Just wanted to add; in this particular situation, "Wait for Event" and "Wait for Expression" are equivalent. But there is a difference in how they work, explained in this post by @bertabcd1234

Difference between "Wait for event.." and "Wait for Expression.."

Wait for expression evaluates the expression at the time the action is reached. If true, it continues; otherwise, it effectively waits for an event that would make the condition true. Wait for event waits for the specified event, regardless of any current states (e.g., if you're waiting for motion active and the sensor is currently active, you'll need a subsequent "active" event).
