I have not had any issues. However I only use one dimmer with a seperate notification. It is on 1.44.
Do you see anything strange in the logs?
I had logging turned off and turned it back on today. Will see if anything shows.
I have 2 dimmers but a separate notification for each dimmer (one for front door, one for back door).
I would test manually from the device page and post anything strange in the logs

I just tested this (with the lock) and of course, it worked as expected. Nothing strange in the logs.
On a different note, my log was getting flooded with power reports (every second). I finally turned parameters 18 and 20 to "100" and strangely, the flickering that I was having seems to have gone away 
I know that there was a bug when setting power reporting to 0 as well... I have all of mine set to the highest value...as I don't use the power reporting
