Help with image tiles on dashboard

I am very new and having a hard time getting things to work. I am trying to add a weather radar tile from a webpage. I have tried even adding just an image via the dashboard, pick a template, image template then enter the URL. All I get is a box with a small icon at the top left. This is regardless of the online image location.

I have a weather tile set up, which is working fine, just not able to get a weather radar image. No idea how to post a picture of what it looks like on the forum, but any help would be appreciated.

Only certain images will work. Just try this image to see if you are doing it properly, i know it works. It may have something to with https vs. http or something like that

Thanks, your image works, so I just need a radar image that works. That appears harder to find.
