Can anyone help with these errors please?

The first is an RM4 rule that controls my upstairs lighting. The rule is below. I'm getting the errors multiple times a day, and not just in this rule.

Another error is below: App5 is rule machine. Nothing else to link.

ApiXu is active before the top error, but not around the bottom error.

Can any two of those triggers happen at the same time? If they do, you'll spawn two copies of this rule and there's no way the hub's going to be able to do that.
