Help with an Unreliable Hub - Unstable Zigbee Mesh

He did, we just didn't get a chance to review the hub. @theDaithiMac looks like the radio might be bad, or something within the mesh is bringing it down. Not much can be done remotely to further narrow the problem, other than replacing the hub to see if that fixes the issue. I am replying to your last message to get more details about your hub.

Is this a Sonoff switch in a combination with HE stock driver?

ive had devices do that when battery gets low.. even though battery level was not showing it.. replacing battery usually resolves it.

@bobbyD I suppose ZBMINI Extreme relays are not tested with the Generic Zigbee Switch driver?

UPDATE: maybe yes :

Thanks @kahn-hubitat . The sonoff relays are hard wired into eixsting light switch.

@bobbyD thanks. I'll wait for the DM and will respond.

@kkossev , I've switched to the tuya Zigbee switch driver now. I’ll keep an eye on the logs and see if it is any quieter. Thanks as always

Use this driver with SONOFF switches:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kkossev/Hubitat/refs/heads/development/Drivers/Tuya%20Zigbee%20Switch/Tuya_Zigbee_Switch_lib_included.groovy

After switching from the stock driver to the custom driver, select 'LOAD ALL DEFAULTS' and click the Run button.

If the web page is refreshed, you should see this:

Make this change for all of your SONOFF switches.
Then reboot the hub, so that the HE Zigbee stats are reset to zero.

Thanks @kkossev I’ll give that a shot and see what happens. I’m away for work atm so will try from the mobile app. Fingers crossed this helps.

Thanks @kkossev , you should be knighted and a festivle held in your honour. Since applying your driver and loading defaults, there hasnt been a single off-line incident with the zigbee radio. I was ready to throw in the towel. I'm going to keep an eye on the logs over the next few days and make sure everything is stable.
