Help with a rule

Somewhat new to RM, how would go about having a rule that turn ON a SmartPlug for 10 minutes only, each 30 minutes from 6am to 10am and then same from 5pm to 8pm. Or I guess 10 minutes ON, 20 minutes OFF for a few hours a few times a day...

Here's one option for RM

Trigger
When time is 6:00 AM EST

Action
Repeat 8 times every 0:30:00
    	On: SmartPlug
    	Off: SmartPlug --> delayed: 0:10:00
END-REP
Wait for event: When time is 5:00 PM EST
Repeat 6 times every 0:30:00
    	On: SmartPlug
    	Off: SmartPlug --> delayed: 0:10:00

Thank you so very much. I got it going.
Essentially I have a hot water recirculator pump and I do not need to run all the time, I have it set up to run only when needed. May have have to fine tune the times, but it's working great.
