I currently have a C-7 & C-8 Pro that I had trouble for a couple of months moving/upgrading to the C-8Pro.
Both have subscriptions.
I finally have the C-8 Pro working and want to remove the C-7 (deactivate & remove).
I have a balance on the subscription of the C-7 and want to move it to the C-8 Pro.
Can someone help with this, please?
Unfortunately, you can't merge subscriptions, which it sounds like what you may need.
If both hubs have active subscriptions, you can only transfer one. The last subscription you transfer, will overwrite the former.
