Also - timing is everything. I remember reading to use 6 seconds - but that didn't work. Then I tried 3 seconds, and finally 1 second.

ok, put a wemo insight inline so i can toggle it more quickly, still no luck, but my cat thinks I'm crazy now
I didn't follow these instructions, but they recommend trying it with a very short on and a slightly longer off.
You could try the on to be 0.5sec and the off to be 1 second.
FINALLY! Gave up trying to pair with Hubitat, but followed those instructions you shared and it paired with the Hue hub on the first try.

For anyone else stuck... The only way I got the Floalt to work was to reset it according to this video (series of 6 ons and 5 off, last on, stays on) the light will blink quickly then snowly fade loop, as soon as this happens put your hub in zigbee pair mode.
