Hello, i have installed a contact sensor on the bedroom door and i want to set a rule that if the bedroom door is closed between 10.00pm and 11.00pm and the door is closed for more that 20 minutes to set the alarm to Night set.
I need the 20 minutes time delay as some time the door is closed between these times but not for long.

look at event engine .. very easy to do there.. i do it based on a motion zone being quiet for 10 (minutes) the minutes is in the motion zone, but you can do the delay in event engine directly
you would substitute your door closed trigger for my motion trigger..
