Help Please - No Response from Hub

Cant access my hub. When i try to connect when on the local network with takes me to the Remote Admin page and saying i have to pay a fee.

I have unplugged my hub trying to reset it and still nothing. Worked perfectly last night

Try pressing the button for 7-10 seconds on the back in the hole that is in the onbly round hole amongst the square holes. That resets the networking.

Thanks, just tried it and waiting ti see what happens

Have you changed anything on your network? New router, new access point, modified any settings on either? Rebooted your router?

And make sure you shut down (Settings>Shutdown) before pulling the plug or you could corrupt your hub's database. Shut down, wait for red LED, then pull power.

I can't connect to the hub so i cant get into settings

If you can't get to it after the network settings reset that James suggested, try this:

Thanks, did that...found my hub and cant access it. I get the same error as the 2nd screen shot above

Try rebooting your router, switch, and any other stuff between hub and Internet.

Have you tried http://hubitat.local ?

Or possibly Http://hubitat.local:8081 if the hub interface isn’t working…

The only thing I didnt reboot was my switch....never would have thought. Rebooted my switch and everything is working now. The devil is always in the details.

Thank you everyone for your assistance

i have the same issue and the updates didnt fix it. i need to restart my hub when this happens. many users have the same issues on your forum and this all started happening very recently. i have a c7.

I’m not sure I understand how your post is related to the OP’s problem, or even what exactly is the issue you’re having.

OP solved their problem accessing their hub by rebooting a network switch. So that was a problem, and solution, specific to their home.

If you’re having problems accessing your hub, please create a new thread if you’d like help troubleshooting.
