HELP - My workhorse C7 died today. Blue light only

Have pulled power twice - no luck, stays blue light.

Pressed little reset button on bottom for 15 seconds, with power on, no change. Find my hub reports the same IP address as always. Is it getting that from the Hub?

I have Hub Protect on this hub, but really hoping I can get this up and running without replacing it.

I do have a spare C7 if that is my only option.

Can you access port 8081 on it?

just blue light - cannot connect to hub at all

tried a second usb ps and no luck

@bobbyD Please give any advice, or point me to how to restore latest backup to spare C7 under Hub Protect.

Odd - I plugged in a spare C7 and it only shows a blue light also. Could I have a bad port in my router? I just moved the cable to a different port and still only a blue light on the space C7.

Try a different cable?

Don't know why, but I reset the router and now the C7 is up and running - that REALLY makes me happy.

Blue light means the platform isn't running, but the Diagnostic Tool runs separately, so it should be available even if the hub shows a blue light.

Nope - could not connect to 8081. My guess is the router had a glitch and would not connect to the base IP address of the C7, Anyway it's okay now - thanks again.
