Help Can not Pair FS20Z-1

I am having problems switching the Nortek FS20Z-1 20A contactor from ST to HE. After force removing it from ST I can't get it to pair with HE. Can anyone tell me how to perform a factory reset on it, Z-wave exclude doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for your help. Finally got it this one excluded with 2 taps and hold.
