HE - Built in Hue Bridge Integration issue

HE Built in app isn't working, logs are empty. But if i use CoCoHue - Hue Bridge Integration see my additional lights. I run bulb refresh but never populates any new bulbs, is it best to delete the app, and then re add the app. If i do that would the bulbs before this occur be lost ? I tried clearing the bridge link and had to push the button on hue hub and it had no errors. but still will not show the four new bulbs.

I know in the HE Hue App you have to select which devices to include in Hubitat.

This might be a silly question, but did you select the devices from the HE Hue App?

Yes, they used to show up. I have 10 bulbs, 4 new ones. Only one is listed now. When I do a refresh
Wait and still no others show up to pick

May I ask; Why use both since CoCoHue obviously works? I use CoCoHue because I wanted to be able to use Hue groups for raising and lowering dim levels using Hue's zigbee group messaging, and for importing scenes into HE. It has more features than the built in integration.

I was using built in, but since it not working I went to CoCo Hue. But I one of those when something is broken , I like to get it fixed....

I guess it just time to dump the built in HE for Hue.

I completely understand, unfortunately. But, there is no real reason to keep the built-in installed. Just make sure to change any rules that used it, to use the CoCoHue devices instead.

i did get it fixed...lol. I removed the built in and then readded and now its is working fine. I just had to find a solution,,,,,,,,,,,,

Good, but do you want both taking up resources and having to poll the Hue bridge, plus increasing your database size?

good point, i will be removing the built in now. THanks
