Have to initialize each time before use

I've installed, uninstall and reinstall my Google home and Chromecast app. I can't seem to get the TTS working correctly. Seem I have to initialize the Google home each time before it works. Is there something I'm missing?

Now it's not working at all. No Google reply when device triggered.

Sometimes it's spotty for me but I run this app and it's generaly ok.
