This is really screaming out for a little app to control it all..
Not sure exactly what the triggers would be but I’ll have a think about it

This is also screaming out for a zigbee switch/relay to control the hood extractor fan since the temp/humidity sensor is already there.

A feature request for the app before it’s created... that’s a first even for me!
