@bobbyD I've read all the topics about using the 8081 menu, but I need to hard reset this C5 with the button. I purchased from someone who did not wipe it beforehand.
I dont know if this is a hardware fault or what, but it doesnt fully connect to my network.
On power up, the blue light comes on, it connects and can be discoverable via MAC (has a 192.168.86.22 IP), but by the time I attempt to connect via :8081, it is off the network and the blue light is out. A few minutes later the blue light is back on. I believe it may be faulty, but I wanted to try a real hard reset first before having to send back.

That only resets the network settings, it doesn't reset the hub and unlikely to resolve a blue LED issue (blue LED means that the platform isn't loaded or running).

That is not possible, you need to be able to reach the Diagnostic Tool, if not, your assumption that the hub is faulty, is correct, you might want to get a refund from where you bought it.
