@user1842 If you have a failed pairing, STOP!!!! Check for ghosts, remove ghosts, factory reset device and attempt to pair again. Also please follow what @aaiyar said..

Thanks! This helped me wrap my head around it better. I’ve got all devices re-added. Zero ghosts. Doing a firmware update on one and calling it a night. Appreciate everyone’s help. The forum is much better than the Facebook group!

Don’t do it. Let the mesh settle.

Wish I would’ve seen this… at 1am, feeding a newborn, all was well! Woke up at 630 this morning and it’s weird. Devices are all functioning, but my z wave details page is completely empty. So now what? I’m not doing anything on my own anymore… waiting for expert advice! :slight_smile:

Shut down hub from settings menu. Unplug from wall (not hub) for 5 mins and power back up.

Bet you did the z-wave firmware update last night didn't you? :slight_smile:

Nope, no z wave update... just two device updates. so weird, it's literally all still working. Through the app, homebridge and Alexa. just not showing anythign! will do this now.

Thanks for this - Zen27 3.0 going from 3.0 to 3.4 needed the replace to work. BTW the Replace is running did go to Done for me. Again, this saved me a lot of time so thank you.
