Group Metering

In 2.2.6 there is a new option for Groups to set "milliseconds of delay" (metering). Yes, I appreciate that the appropriate delay depends on how robust and busy your Z-Wave mesh is, but can someone provide a starting recommendation for the amount of delay?

Sorry I can't find what the delay actually means?

I imagine the delay put a pause between acting on each of the devices in a group. If you turn on the group, device 1 turns on, then pause, then device 2 turns on, then pause, etc etc. Almost like a defined popcorn effect. Is that right?
