Group Lights-On and Off

I have created a group that contains several lights.

When I reference this light group in a rule, if only one light in the group is on, will the group evaluate to on or off?

If only one light in the group is off, will the group evaluate to on or off?

There are options in the group setup that dictate this behavior.

The option is a slider that says:
Use group device to indicate is any device is on or off.

Will the action below turn on the light group if they are off, or do I have to add an "on" action?

Set color: Door Open Light Group ->Orange ->Level: 100

Level 100 sets level and turns on the device (to that level).

No need for an additional “on” command.
