It would be great to have global Log settings:

-Disable Device 'descriptionText logging' by default
-Enable/Disable Device 'descriptionText logging' of all devices
-Enable/Disable Device 'debug logging' of all devices
-Enable/Disable Device logging by Room
-Enable/Disable Device logging by Device Type
-Enable/Disable Device logging by Device State
etc

You can do most of this with Preference Manager.
