Hi, my first Matter device, a RGBW bulb from Govee.
I created a Matter device (Generic Matter RGBW Light) and also a second device via the Govee Integration V2 app (cloud API).
Sometimes the Matter device doesn't work. When I use on that same moment the device via the cloud API, it works well. Suddenly, the Matter device works, sometimes after a hub restart, sometime after using the "cloud API" device.
Today, the problem reappeared after a rebuild using a backup file about 10 hours old. I also restarted the router. I didn't have time to investigate the problem further, a few hours later, the hub rebooted spontaneously, after which the bulb worked fine.
I can't reproduce the problem at the moment.
Any ideas what the problem could be and how I troubleshoot this
