Hello, I recently purchased a Google home mini, a hubitat hub, Two ikea lights, Ikea wall outlet. I connected the Ikea devices to the Hubitat and can give them commands through my dashboard. I installed the Google home app on the hubitat page. From here I don't know what do.. I want something simple like turn off the lights, or turn on the wall outlet.
It seems there is no connection between the Hubitat hub and my google home mini? I dont know...
Welcome to Hubitat!!! You can't add the Google Home app in HE. You have to initiate the connection from the Google Home App on your phone. Go to the Home app, select the last icon on the bottom right corner and the select settings. Choose the second tab, Assistant, then Home Control. There will be a plus sign in the bottom right corner, tap that then find Hubitat on the list.
Hello Ryan, Thank you for your feedback. Two days ago it wasn't working and now it it working out of nothing. Now I have added another light, i can control it from the Hubitat dashboard, but not from the google assistant, it is also not showing in my Google home app. The Light and the wall plug I installed two days are working through my Google assistant and are showing now in my google Home app. Does this needs time?

What is the device you are trying to control? If you open up a live logging window in another tab of your browser, go into the google home app in HE. Select your devices, is it enabled (checked)? If not, check it and save by hitting done. Do not hit back. Go into the live logging window and see what it says.
Aha I needed to add it on the app as well on HE, it is working now, thanks a lot!
That is exactly what I asked you before.
No I mean, I had to add the Device (the bulb) to the app, So I had to check the box of the second light bulb.
