NOTE: the speak command is uttering a space; the single quote marks are NOT touching, but are separated by a space character.

Also, in the ChromeCast Integration (beta), enable polling (I use the default of 300s -- 5 minutes -- but StephenH in this thread uses 60s).

Background: When you do playTrack() on a Google Mini speaker, your sound file is preceded by a bloop sound. I hate the bloop and I want to defeat it. Subsequent playTrack() operations will not go bloop if they are made within 5 minutes. It appears to be impossible to mute the bloop with device mute and volume commands--I've scoured all the forums I can find.
