GoControl Zwave Device; changed battery, now it's not rejoining mesh

I have a GoControl device on the very edge of my property (Mailbox Sensor). I don't have to touch it often, but it's battery died, so I needed to replace it. Well, once replaced, it didn't re-join the mesh. So I had to remove/re-add it - I tried replace (not sure what that does, if anything), tried refresh, etc - nothing worked). I had to be by the hub to get it added back, and slowly walked it from inside to the mailbox, while moving, I kept triggering the unit, so it would try to find a way back to my hub. I thought I was close enough triggering it when I then installed it outside of the mailbox (wired sensor goes inside, so antenna is outside). Well, it's still not working. I'm on a C-8 Pro.

Any ideas?

The current route path shows it going through an wired switch (0d - zooz switch) and wired power sensor (37)- both in the garage (highlighted) It used to go through Ring Range Extender (closer to the mailbox than both 0d and 37.

Any ideas on how to coax it back to life?

Have you done the shutdown, pull power, wait 30 seconds, restore power dance yet?

I did not try that but did this morning. It looks like this is working. Looks like all of my devices are now talking directly to the hub, but at least I'm seeing them all now. We'll see what happens... Thank you!
