GoControl Garage door - out of sync

I have a GoControl/Linear GD00Z-4 Z-Wave Garage Door Opener and every once in a while, my "garage left off" alert starts firing... when it's actually closed. Looking at the device in Hubitat, it shows that the garage is open. Looking at the logs, I don't see a door closed event from the GoControl to Hubitat.

Although it could be the tilt sensor getting stuck, I never had this problem on Smarthings. I am pretty sure that the z-wave message didn't make it to Hubitat.

Looking in the "Z-Wave Poller" app, the garage door is not one of the available devices.

Is there a way to enable polling for this device?

FWIW, I had this problem as well and it turned out the zwave was just too weak with HE (compared to Vera in my case). I moved my HE a little bit and it's been solid since.

I have my HE in the middle of my house, I think if I move it closer to the garage, I’ll start having trouble with devices at the other end of the house.

Since it seldom happens, I think polling would solve my problems.
