GoControl Garage door control not reporting open/close

My GoControl Garage door controller is not reporting open/close since the latest firmware update. It will show opening or closing. It will only show close or open once I hit refresh. So now my notifications or rules to close the door don’t run

I have a C8 pro running zwave-is

Can you turn on debug mode and grab the logs from an open/closed event?

Ok.. That didn't help...

Can you do this:

http://<your-hub-ip>/hub/zwave2/ccdebug/true

Then do the same open / close tests and then PM me your hub id..

This will produce a detailed backend log of the z-wave activity during that time

Once finished you can:

http://<your-hub-ip>/hub/zwave2/ccdebug/false

Power cycling the GoControl unit seems to have fixed the issue. Shame on me for not trying that first!!

mine are working fine. recommended to replace battery in black sensor on door. power cycle the go control andanually open close door a few times till it syncs
