It looks like low battery reporting was added for this device at some point. A low battery report is sent to the logs but battery status is not reported on the device page. I would like to send a notification when this device reports a low battery but I can't seem to find a way to tell notifier or rule machine to trigger from the log event. Ideally it would be great to have the battery status listed on the device page, so it can then be utilized for other apps and triggers as well.

Try using the custom driver by @lewis.heidrick, below is my device page using his excellent driver.
You will have to search Garage door (below screenshot) in Hubitat Package Manager, install it, change to the new driver and hit configure.
