Did this error happen once or does it happen continuously? Were you trying to open the door or close the door? What type of Garage Door Opener do you have?
Does your garage door opener have "electronic eye" safety sensors? These are typically sensors near the bottom of the door that will detect when something moves within the path of the door.
This is just a guess. The error says something about a UL requirement. I suspect that either the LED or the beeper in the GD00z-4 has failed - I think both of those are UL requirements. The LED is a known failure point in the GD00z-4.
I have this GD00Z-4 working for last 2 year or more, on ST and year ago move to Hubitat, working well, but last night I tried to close by Sharp Dashboard did not work, then tried on Hubitat did not work, so goto to garage check if everything OK, tried again, no luck go to "old" way remote and button on wall work well.
So I close and open many times to check is everything OK, is goos work well, yes I "electronic eye" safety sensors.
Go back to Hubitat did not work "open/close", so I check the log and have this information on the first post.
Try unplugging the GoControl/Linear device then plug it back in and press the button on top of the GoControl/Linear unit once and it should beep then after a second it should beep 3 times then give it about an hour and see if it works from Hubitat.
As @aaiyar said, there is a common failure with the LED on the GD00Z. If the LED fails, the opener stops working. To check, use the HE app / UI to close the door while you are in the garage. If the LED or beep fails that is the issue. There is a safety feature in the GD00Z that flashes and beeps to warn that the door is closing. If either of those things faisl, the opener will not operate.
Here is a link to the issue. If you read from the link down through the rest of the posts you will see the issue. From other reports I have read, it seems to happen after about 2 years.
