I've started using IMPORT to load the HubDuino drivers and it's not so bad.

I'm planning to take your approach and run both the SmartThings hub and Hubitat, using Hubitat initially just for HubDuino devices.

I believe you mentioned there's a way to forward/mirror Hubitat devices on SmartThings?

HubConnect is a Hubitat Community integration to allow Hubitat and SmartThings to mirror devices to each other. It is a Groovy based integration, and was designed primarily for the Classic ST App. I am personally not using it, so I have no idea how well HubConnect works with the ‘New’ ST App.
