Ghosts Nodes (re)appearing after a power failure

Had a power failure the other day and it wrecked Havoc on my Z-Wave network. 4 Ghost Nodes appeared out of nowhere. Not sure if they were old ones that came back or new ones as it has been a perfectly clean network for a long time until now.

They are having a major effect on the network. Basically nothing worked until I spent hours turning the power off to devices and hitting 'refresh' and 'remove' literally a thousand times until they were removed.

Any ideas on why this would happen and how I could stop it from happening in the future? I currently don't subscribe to the HubProtect cloud backup but if I did would I have been able to just download the latest before the power outage and not have to spend the hours fixing the network.

How in the world does this shxx happen. I have over 30 devices and I want Z-Wave to be successful so badly but it really does suck that this kind of thing happens. Frustrating..
