If you hit Refresh and a wait a few seconds for the page to reload, you may see Remove appear. If not, trying a refresh one more time might--or just waiting a bit more time. If not, make sure the device is really gone (i.e., powered off, reset, etc.), otherwise the hub may hear back from it on a refresh and not mark it as failed, which is necessary for the remove option to appear.
There were some issues in adding my locks...which makes me concerned that this may be some sort of ghost node or whatever. I have tried refresh and waiting 24 hrs fyi...just tried again and now it shows:
If a node is not linked to a device, the z-wave stack will sometimes still attempt to route others through it which will obviously not work. This can result in some major mesh issues unfortunately. And this is not something that Hubitat has any control over.
Its also showing 32 neighbors, so this must have been a working connected device at some point. Or possibly got through pairing 90% of the way but failed. If you can remove it that will help. If not, the other devices will slowly figure out its a dead node and the neighbor count will drop to 1.
