Getting a message that cloud connection is unavailable & my dashboards are not working

Is there an issue with Hubitat, I am getting a message that cloud connection is unavailable & my dashboards are not working? Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the whole purpose of hubitat was that it could be used without internet connection?

Where are you seeing this message, and what are you trying to do when it appears? I just tried the mobile app as well as a cloud Dashboard link (from the admin UI), and both worked as expected for me.

Hubitat's admin interface and local Dashboard access should work without Internet access. Cloud features, like remote/cloud Dashboard access, do require the Internet, but they are optional, and other features should work either way.

Anything that relies on the cloud requires a internet connection. That means if you want to access your dashboards when you aren't connected to your own network it wont work if the hub does not have internet access.

I am getting the cloud connection error via the system message. I am logged into to device directly by LAN and can go into all other tabs apart from the dashboard.
If its not a general maintance problem then I will investigate it further tomorrow

Try a reboot of the hub.
