Anyone know why all of the sudden I get these notifications when I enter and leave my house? I would like to turn them off.
in the app go to settings, then turn off ENABLE GEOFENCE.
That is assuming @jasonp9 has not setup any rules relying on the presence of the mobile device, such as changes to mode or other automations.
Still seems odd to me to be receiving the notifications if there has been no previous notifications sent / received or setup in HE.
But you are right, if there is no need for the GeoFence events in automations in HE, or the presence status of the mobile, then disabling it in the App is the thing to do.
In case it is coming from some rule / app on your hub, you could find the mobile device in the list of devices on the HE web UI, open the Device details page and scroll to the bottom and look at the "In Use By" section to see any places the mobile device has been referenced. If it is an app / rule you have setup to send the notification, it should show up here.

I use Geofency for my presence. Nothing in my log referencing the sent geoevent. Can I turn off geofence in Hubitat and still use the rules made for Geofency?
I would expect you can turn off GeoFence Events in HE.
