Generic Z-Wave Set-Up for Obsolete Aeotec Dimmer

I am a newb and I feeling my threw the learning curve. I have had a Vera/Ezlo system with several devices purchased over the past 4 or 5 years. One of the devices I am trying to use is an Aeotec DSC25-ZWUS, which according to the Aeotec website, is obsolete (I bought it on Amazon in December 2017). Since I could not find the model number in the device set up screen, I used the generic Z-wave smart dimmer as the type. No issues installing it but it takes about a minute for the light to come up and go down. I tried looking up how to set the levels and durations but I just don't know how to set it and I am stumped. I uploaded a screen shot. I have ordered some new plugs but these worked fine with my Vera system.

Level is the level you want to change the dimmer to. 1-99 usually.
Duration is how many seconds you want it to take to make the transition.
If the plug is running full power and you want it to dim to 5% quickly, set level 5 and duration 1 and press "set level" If it does not switch in 1 second, then it probably doesn't work fully with the generic driver.

Try "Generic Z-Wave Dimmer" instead, since this is not a z-wave+ device. When you change drivers, be sure to click the "Configure" button on the device page.

I think you were correct that the driver is the issue. I tried the Generic Z-Wave Dimmer and got the same results. I guess I will just switch it out when I get my new dimmer plugs. Thank you both for helping me out.

For giggles, can you post your z-wave details page in it's entirety? Even a z-wave non plus dimmer shouldn't be that slow

Sorry, I already got new dimmers from amazon today and deleted the ones that didn't work.
