Brad5 - thanks to your suggestion I created a Virtual Lock, which has the pop-up for the "Are you sure? Yes/No" that I desired, and then I created a rule that triggers the hoist to go down when I unlock it. It works perfectly. Your feedback and help is much appreciated!
