As I recall, once the HA07 button was in learn mode all you had to do was activate the Z-Wave device that you wanted to associate to it (turn it on or off). I don't know what the reference to a programming button on a Z-Wave module would be; the controlled modules don't need any programming to be associated to one of the buttons on the Intermatic remote (when in learn mode the remote listens for the device ID of the module you've activated and knows to associate it to the button).
