haha - fair enough.
I have both the 45857 in wall switch and the 45852 plug in lamp dimmer and they are both displaying similar behavior.
If they were last turned off from a level of 100%, when they are turned on by a setlevel command at 40%, they turn on, but near 100%. in watching the logs, after issuing the command, 3-5 seconds later it seems to refresh and will display the level value in the logs. If I issue the command a second time, then they will adjust to 40%. But they will not adjust to 40% directly from off.
