GE/Jasco Wall outlet everytime I pair it get double outlet control, This one is only switchable on top outlet. Have removed several times and repaired under a different itme

always pairs with dual outlet control. The one I'm trying to pair is single control on top outlet. Tried un-pairing to different drive still comes back GE/Jabsco dual outlet 1 and 2
Then will not control plug

You can switch drivers if it is not detecting automatically correctly.

Very likely it should be Generic Z-Wave Plus Outlet, but search for your model number to see if there is a specific one listed here. List of Compatible Devices | Hubitat Documentation

After changing drivers, hit "configure" in the settings page.

Simply switch to generic z-wave plus outlet driver and click save then configure. . If dual child devices are still in your device list, switch to DEVICE for your driver and click delete on everything then switch back to the generic z-wave plus outlet driver and click save then configure
