Has anyone had any luck setting the the fade time when turning the GE Enbrighten Smart Dimmer on or off? By default it's something like 3 seconds, and I'm trying to remove the fade so that the light turns on or off ASAP when the physical paddle is pressed.
Things I've tried:

Set the "Transition" time parameter to ASAP - doesn't change anything

Based on the docs (z-wave, jasco), I need to set parameters 8 and 10 to 1. I set the parameter using the basic Z-Wave Tool. However, whenever I click "Set Parameter", the logs just show "value: 0" and nothing changes.
