GE branded switches, receptacles

....stopped working properly about a dozen+ updates ago. I have no idea what to do to chase down this problem. I'm unsure what search terms to use here to find my problems.

It's been months since I've loved this product. Help me find the answer so I'll love it again!!

Going to need a wee bit more information….. Let’s start with:

  1. Hub Model
  2. Hub Firmware version
  3. Switch and receptacle model numbers
  4. Switch and receptable firmware versions (if known)
